Thank you for shopping with Sugar Control Glass.
We take pride in delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or face stock delays, shipping may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email/WhatsApp in such cases.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, or India Post.

Metro Cities 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities 5–7 business days
Remote Areas 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistics issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you make payment.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification with the tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track your shipment anytime through the link provided.


5. Damaged / Missing Items

We take great care in packing your order.
However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Please record an unboxing video when opening the parcel.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support email or WhatsApp number] with:

    • Your order number,

    • Pictures and unboxing video of the parcel, and

    • A brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and replace the product or initiate a resolution within 3–5 working days.

Claims without unboxing video or raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct before confirming the order.

  • If a shipment returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or customer unavailability, the buyer will need to pay the re-shipping charges.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
We are working to make this available soon.
